Do I need an attorney for my DUI?

Although most DUIs are charged as misdemeanors, they are not to be taken lightly.  All of these charges are very serious and have lifelong effects, financially and criminally.  A DUI can result in jail, huge fines, license suspension, community service, and classes.  They can cause you to lose your job, home, and security.  Bray Law is a dedicated to getting you the best outcome possible in your case.

Why do I need Bray Law to represent me in my DUI case?

You want the best defense possible so you need an attorney that knows the law and has experience specifically with DUIs.  That is why Bray Law can help you.

Bridgett Bray is a prior DUI prosecutor and has handled hundreds of DUI cases.  She has been trained by top legal scholars and law enforcement officers and can use that knowledge to defend you.  DUIs are complicated and all the evidence must be examined carefully.  We get all the evidence – the police report, the test results, and the camera footage.

Bridgett Bray can determine if there was an issue with your stop, your arrest, your standardized field sobriety exams, the intoxilyzer, the blood draw and test, or anything in between.  If we find there was a violation of your rights, we will file the appropriate motions which could result in your case being dismissed or the evidence the state can present against you being severely limited.  Read more how we file motions on your behalf in DUI cases.

In addition to filing motions, we can evaluation your case and find any substantive legal issues with your case.  We can then go to the prosecutor and point out the issues with your case to them.  This could result in a reduction of the charges or a dismissal of your case.  It takes an experienced attorney to spot those legal issues and knowledgeably point them out to the prosecutor.  Who better to spot them and convince the prosecutor than a criminal defense attorney who used to be a prosecutor?  Bridgett Bray uses her experience as a prior DUI prosecutor to your advantage.

To properly defend, you need to understand how everything works.  And Bray Law does.  Bray Law offers you experienced representation at an affordable rate.  Schedule your Free Consultation now.

Do I need an attorney now?

Did you know you have only 30 days to save your license?  When your license is automatically suspended after being arrested for DUI, you have only 30 days to appeal that suspension.  We will represent you in your ALS (Administrative License Suspension) hearing to fight to ensure that your driving privileges are fully protected.  In the alternative, you can get an interlock device installed.  We can help answer all your questions.  Read more how we can get your license back.

In addition to getting your license back, we also need to file motions as soon as possible and get the discovery in your case.  The sooner you call us, the sooner we can start fighting for you.

DUI cases are some of the most complex criminal cases.  A conviction could mean license suspension, jail time, community service, and a huge fine.
